How to Connect a Pi-Star Repeater/Hotspot

1. Connect to your Pi-Star device via a web browser. Once logged in, click on the “Configuration” menu on the top navigation bar.

2. Scroll down to the “DMR Configuration” tab.

3. In the “DMR Master” dropdown menu, select “FD_ADN_1234_XYZ” Server, near you, from the list.

4. If you are configuring a hotspot, make sure to select a ESSID in the “ESSID” field.

5. In the “Options” field, you have three options:

• Manual Configuration (Expert mode): Manually input the options required for your connection.
• Options Calculator: Use the options calculator on our website and Copy/Paste.
• Self-Service: Use self-service by putting “Pass=your_password” in the options field.

Note: To use the Self-Service option, please check first if your server as a Self-Service option on the dashboard. To access your server’s dashboard check our server list and click on your server.

6. Once you have configured all the settings, click on “Apply Changes” to save your settings.

That’s it! Your Pi-Star Repeater/Hotspot should now be successfully connected to the ADN Systems DMR network.
